My daughter has had this puzzle since she was 1 year old and has consistently played with it for 2 years. At first it was just about getting the fish to fit in properly, then it was about colors and now it is about getting creative with the colors. It's great.

My 2 year old twins got this a few months ago and now they know all 10 of these colors! This puzzle is great because although all the pieces fit into any color, my girls would put the wrong color in and say, "noooooooo" and then put the piece into the coordinating color.
